Minecraft Version: 1.14.4
Forge Version: 28.0.45
ChanceCubes Version: ChanceCubes-1.14.4-4.0.0.295.jar
Reproduced with only ChanceCubes and forge.
Forge made breaking changes and I suspect this just needs an update.
Origin: Curseforge, Twitch client.

It's been fixed. I'm trying to fix #179 before I push a new build out
