Crash on load with 1.12.2

Minecraft Version:

1.12.2

14.23.4.2720-4627

5.0.2.345

I installed the mod put it in the mods folder and as i start it it works up until it is on phase 2 of chance cubes mod then it crashes.

If you use the latest Forge version for 1.12 does this still happen?

The Latest version of forge does not work on my computer for some odd reason. But it seems it works in modpacks is there any dependencies?

No, Chance Cubes has no dependencies

The latest version of Chance Cubes with the latest version of Forge I know works

Your issue is an old version of Forge. Update.

Is there any mods that might interfere with chance cubes for example Twilight Forest?

I just tried launching it without any other mods and still no luck. Maybe its my chance cubes version?
