Hi,
My server is unable to boot with and without chance cubes. It doesn't go past the "Loading world" if I disable Chance Cube and if I let it run while chance cube is install I get following error:

I am running FoolCraft: 1.2.2 with ChanceCubes-1.10.2-2.3.4.171.jar

I have tried:
Reinstalling Chance Cubes from mods.curse.com. Same version.
Disabling -> No boot.
Disabling sponge -> No help either.

Chance Cubes is failing to create a file it uses to run. While this is a Chance Cubes issue, it is not solely Chance Cubes that will have a problem if it can't create files it needs. As said above your server may be installed and not have permissions to create files.

If your server is unable to boot without chance cubes installed it doesn't sound like an issue with chance cubes.

From the crash log you included it looks to me like your server is installed in an area that requires special permissions (i.e. Administrator) to access.
