Latex biomes are configured too close to beaches

still i would recommend useing the terrablender library any other mods with biomes that ive seen use terrablender dont have the biome chunk grid issue in em either in genrual makes then look nicer and more clean

As much as you'd recommend it, I don't want to add any dependencies for the mod
