[Bug]: Hardcore Revival incompatibility

What happened?
Hardcore Revival is a mod that adds a K.O. state with a timer, that should trigger before dying. With this mod and Charm of Undying installed, Totem of Undying is not triggering when placed into accessory slot, but still works in offhand. After disabling HR, it triggers normally.
How do you trigger this bug?
- Install Hardcore Revival and Charm of Undying mods
- Place Totem of Undying in accessory slot
- Die, K.O. state triggers instead of Totem of Undying
