Feature request description
Adding native support to CraftTweaker to easily be able to modify recipes in Charm's woodcutter and kiln, instead of having to use JSON data format.

Feature request reason
It would allow player and modpack makers to customize Charm's features to their liking, and to easily incorporate other mods into these features without having to write several lines of scripts with default CraftTweaker methods.

Feature request dependencies
Should only require CraftTweaker as an optional dependency
