Dupe Issue with Magnetic & Multiplayer Spongeforge

Description
Playing Charm with Modpack "RLCraft" in a multiplayer server that uses "SpongeForge". Issue was fixed in Charm Fabric.
Using a Tool that has "Magnetic" Enchant then dropping the items will dupe the said items. Other Tools are effected even if they're not the ones that have magnetic.

Steps To Reproduce
This can be reproduced the following way: Using the drop key (ctrl+q), drop an item from your open inventory & should also have a clear Hotbar. The item will fail to drop as it gets sucked back into the hotbar. You can press the drop key many more times to stack this drop.

There's a fix by RLTweaker that turns off Magnetic.
