InventoryTidying doesn't respect config

Description
Quark is installed, and the config does show set to false, yet I still have the sorting button.

By adding a stacktrace (e.g. pastebin link) and/or screenshots it helps us understand and fix the problem.
I wanted to mention I also had the same problem as ticket #84 but once I manually deactivated those features it fixed the issue. That was not the case with tidying, it stayed on regardless of the config.
Small change to Quark that fixes this issue in dev environment (VazkiiMods/Quark@ce88966). Hopefully this should be resolved in the next release of Quark, then this ticket can be closed.
