At the moment, we can burn items, which often have multiple enchantments on them, to get those enchantments on books. But there is no way to split the multiple enchantments on a single book onto multiple separate ones. It would be nice if ExtractEnchantments or perhaps a separate feature could do this. This is similar to what Grind Enchantments does, but is only available on Fabric.

(As a side note, I really miss Fair Enchanting on Forge as well. The Forge alternative Balanced Enchanting calculates costs incorrectly and would not work with the grindstone changes you make, unless you explicitly add support.)

Thanks, it's worth having. The mod author of Grind Enchantments was kind enough to allow the code to be adapted in Charm, but only the extraction code was used, not the splitting. It will be looked into for a future version.
