When the carry tweak attempts to pick up a door, it results in the itemblock being spawned and the carried block disappearing after a few ticks. I would suggest just blacklisting blocks that extend BlockDoor, but you could also add special casing for carrying them I guess. Although I don't know who would ever need to carry a door tbh.
