Charset repeater wont accept signal from a Thermal Dynamics redstone relay

In this image the two relays are exactly the same settings.
I cannot get the repeater to accept any signal from thermal dynamics redstone relays.

So, Charset blocks work as input to a TD system, but not as output from it...

@KingLemming Are you sure the implementation of BlockDuct.canConnectRedstone is fine?

Honestly, I'm not sure, but 1.12 dev has halted. I just don't have the time available anymore to work on it.
