Sneak-middle click does not destroy block that the player attempts to carry. The carried block is not rendered on the player. The player is not slowed whilst carrying a block. The block is placed with no placement sound.

Forge version 1.12.1-14.22.0.2459

I realise this may be a conflict with another mod in my instance. I'll do some testing very soon.

Update: I can confirm this occurs with only Charset installed. I also didn't ignore my game log this time..
