[request] syntax to add liquids to cauldron by right clicking arbitrary item on cauldron

eg. suppose I want to add 250mb water to a cauldron when a stick is right clicked on it while the stick is returned as a glass bottle. Is that possible and if so what does the syntax look like in that example?
