Normally I would just leave the dependency, but after checking it out, it looks quite smooth. According to this quote from the author of ClothConfig, they don't want to keep developing it and they don't want more people using it.

Also, as of 01/20/2023, my ClothConfig file is about 1100kB and the latest YACL file is about 250kB (about 440% smaller!)
