Describe the bug
Similar to #67, using InventoryTabs which allows you to switch chests without closing the inventory confuses the tracking.

To Reproduce
Place two chests, put an item in one of them. Open the other, and then select the tab for the original. ChestTracker will show two of that item.

Expected Result
It would show only one of them
