An item that can always pick up spawners and is much harder to make, the item will also be able be assigned custom "debuffs" and custom durability.

The reason I feel this item should be added is because normal chest transporters have a lot of durability (in the sense of "per durability point" being able to move a tile entitie while maintaining all their data) and are very difficult to slip into modpacks that want you to customize spawners but not in such a way where you can just move them around as much as you want, making things really easy on the player for what would be considered as "late game spawner automation."

The reason someone would avoid using a wooden or iron or gold transporter is because they are too "cheap" to craft, and would make you replace on of the chest transporter items. The spawner transporter recipe could be a nether star instead of an ingot/gem and instead of sticks it would be obsidian. The item could be indicated as special by having an enchantment glint and a purple name (changeable/toggle-able in the config?).

All other transporters can still keep their ability to move spawners if enabled in the config, this item would be useful for those who want to make spawner moving harder.
