Hello,
I tested the Obsidian Chest Transporter for the Obsidian Chest, from Metal Chests, a better Iron Chests mod, and I have no access to it.

Can you add the support for it? : https://minecraft.curseforge.com/projects/metalchests

Metal Chest dev. added the support for chest transporter in the newest version.
