[Bug]: Chipped's Bookshelves aren't counting as valid blocks for Enchanting Table

Bug Description

Chipped's Bookshelves sadly lack the functionality of a normal bookshelf. Perhaps the methods of BYG/Twilight Forest/Woodworks can be reused on those I guess since they work..?

How to Reproduce?

  1. Place bookshelves from chipped in a working shape you place for enchanting table
  2. Check the enchanting table
  3. See the lack of expected level enchanting
  4. Replacing bookshelves to defaults make level cap go higher

Expected Behavior

Bookshelves acting like the should??
