[Bug]: Modloading error on server. (Not always, but sometimes)

Bug Description
Sometimes when server boots, not always. It results in a modloading error.
How to Reproduce?
- Boot Server
- Wait
- Modloading error. "Crash."
Profit.
Expected Behavior
No modloading error, like ever.
