[Bug]: Chipped makes Project E unusable.

Bug Description

I'm trying to add Project E to the ATM9 Modpack, but it only seems to work on version 0.2.41 as the other 2 newest versions of ATM9 makes the Transmutation Tablet empty and unusable and items in JEI have no EMC values. Can anyone help me with this. I've provided the log for 0.2.41.

Someone at Github/ATM9 looked at the logs and found that it was Chipped that was preventing Project E from working correctly. Can you look into this as it only happend on the latest version of the mod.

How to Reproduce?

  1. Installed ATM99 Version 0.2.43 with latest version of Chipped.
  2. Installed Project E.
  3. Started game and saw no Item EMC Values and Transmutation Tablet was not functioning correctly.

Expected Behavior

Expected it to work.
