Lanterns

Invisible pixels
Lots of lanterns have invisible pixels in their texture, that block thinks, like other some lanterns and clouds.
This affects most hanging lanterns at the chains and some others like the paper lanters at the very bottom.

Front face missing
This applies to the Wrought Iron Lantern, Ender Lantern, Yellow Tube Lantern, Blue Tube Soul Lantern:

Tube/Cage edges missing when hanging
Probably because it uses the textures wrong. Also causes the chains to be textured wrong.
Again, Wrought Iron Lantern, Ender Lantern, Yellow Tube Lantern, Blue Tube Soul Lantern:

Rods invisible from low angle
The rods in the Wrought Iron Lantern, Ender Lantern, Yellow Tube Lantern, Blue Tube Soul Lantern disappears at very low viewing angles:

Torches

Top pixels missing
This affects the Crimson Redstone Torch:

Wrong pixels on the bottom
This affects a few of the redstone torches:
