[Feature Request]: I can not place desert grass/dune grass/dead grass on modded sand.

Is your feature request related to a problem?
in the Biomes o' plenty mod, the grasses that can be placed on that mod's sand can not be placed on this mod's sand.
Solution(s)
Desert grass, dune grass, and dead grass should be placeable on chipped's sand blocks.

tried making a datapack to add more tags
