[Feature Request]: Make Chipped blocks usable in crafting by adding the appropriate tags

Is your feature request related to a problem?
You cannot use Chipped blocks for crafting and are, thus, forced to convert them back to their regular forms before crafting with them.
Solution(s)
Add the appropriate tags to each block. For instance, I think that Chipped cobblestone blocks should have the item tags c:cobblestone and forge:cobblestone.
