Bug Description

The texture for the Victorian Iron Bar Pikes has a row missing at the bottom, meaning they do not connect to any bars or blocks placed below them. They also have a strange top-texture that makes their top look like a solid connected line instead of just pixels where the pike tops are.

How to Reproduce?

Any creative world, place a row of normal iron bars, then top it with the Victorian Iron Bar Pikes, and the missing pixel row is very obvious.

Expected Behavior

Expect that the bars would appear connected to the block or bars beneath them instead of floating a pixel. Also would expect the pikes would not appear as a solid connected line from the top.
