Bug Description

I've tried mining clear leaded glass after placing it with many tools, but it takes over 10s and a display for its default mining tool doesn't pop up in my hud (in a modpack). After completely mining it, it disappears, meaning I used the wrong tool, if there even is one.

How to Reproduce?

1. assuming this problem occurs on its own and clear leaded glass is default in chipped, load up chipped 4.0.2 in neoforge 1.21.1.
2. create and place clear leaded glass.
3. try to remove it with any tool.

Expected Behavior

pickaxe, silktouch? or not should be able to remove the block quickly.
