[Bug]: Chipped glass pane orientation bug.

Bug Description

I'm not sure if it may be a mod conflict but I'm playing on 1.18.2 Forge and the glass panes have different patterns depending on where they're placed and what direction they're looking at. The pattern is always different on both sides of the glass. It's a bit offputing.

How to Reproduce?

Expected Behavior

The window should be the same on all sides no matter the direction it's placed in.
