So, recently Reika enabled chiseling GeoStrata blocks. While it works properly with the cobblestone (which helps a lot to avoid a full inventory while mining), it seems like Chisel decided it's "Smooth Quartz", which is an Overworld variant, and really easy to find, can be converted to the vanilla, more rare Quartz block. This is an exploit which can seriously affect the progression with some other mods.

Could you please make it so this cannot be done?

Steps to reproduce:

1. Make a new Forge Instance on your prefered launcher.
2. Add DragonAPI, Geostrata, and Chisel.
3. Put a Geostrata "Smooth Quartz" block into the chisel.
4. Free Nether Quartz, and profit.

If @ReikaKalseki is registering it in the ore dictionary as quartz then this will happen. Otherwise, we have no specific code for doing this.

I just checked, and yes, it seems to be that it indeed does that. Sorry for bothering :)
