As a modpack maker, I'd like to have an ability to change what item (or items) should be used as a paper when creating patterns.

The most universal way would be adding a tag (for example, chiselsandbits:blank_pattern), so anyone could add or replace items there.

For example, in TerraFirmaCraft mod paper is quite expensive item, and it would be nice to be able to replace it with something cheaper, or at least add alternative items.
