I wanted to play on a custom modpack with my friends, but when I installed all required mods and started game, it crashed. In crash report I found out that this mod is a problem, so I tried to run game without it and it works just fine. To check if it's compatibility issue, I ran game with only chisels and bits and fabric api, and it crashed with the same problem.

My friends play on windows and they don't have this issue so it might be problem with my system.

I've got the solution.
The problem was with my java version that i got from fedora repos.
I've installed java from oracle and all works well.
