After updating to 1.4.154 I can't load the mod.

Where to download this dependency?
I have just Chisels and Bits installed on Neoforge 20.4.234

Same problem here. Took a bit to look around, seeing that the dependency is being called in other people's crash logs for other mods as: Saecularia Caudices. 1 Only reference to that name that I can find is a "modpack" that throws a download error whenever I try to download it.
Edit: Found a page for it here on github, but unfortunately, i'm not fluent in github. How do I download this.....??
Edit # 2: Got some help to pull it up, there's a download available here: https://github.com/Communi-Suggestu/Saecularia-Caudices/releases/tag/1.0.39. Unfortunately, that throws the same download error as it does on the modpack above. And this is about as far as I can go.

Hoping someone else can track this down. Miss this damn mod.

Just wanted to note that my server admis is also experiencing this issue!

Okay so, after building this dependency by hand and telling it that it's the right version: I have some that at least lets my server start up and hopefully will work short term till an actual fix happens. Here the weird hacky fix: hack-fix.zip, just extract it into the mods folder

Just check this fix seems to work on the client side too, at least for connecting to a remote server. Haven't actually tried using the mod stuff yet though but I'll try to keep you guys up to date
