Chisel and Bits glitches custom textures when using server resource pack

Whenever you load into a world where you have used custom textures and those textures are in a force loaded server resource pack then they glitch on first load. You have to warp away out of the chunk and then back again for it to be ok.
Leaving and re-joining does not fix it.
