Description

When chiseling a block on a side, and if on that side of block is fluid, then taken bits are replaces with fluid bits and basically duplicated.
This is not a visual bug, fluid bits can be collected.

Expected behavior

When chiseling a block, bits are taken out and not replaced by any substitute bit.

Steps to reproduce

1. Break a block and place any fluid in its place
2. Take a chisel tool in hand
3. Chisel top corner bits of block near the fluid block. Important - you need to face the side of block that is not covered with fluid.
4. The bit is chiseled, but that place is substituted with a fluid bit and duplicated.
5. Then you can chisel any part of that block (which received a fluid bit), and it will regenerate taken bits with fluid bits.
