When interacting with a whole block, the knowledge "full_block: true" changes to "full_block: false", due to which light begins to pass through the block. How to limit light transmission?

What exactly do you mean with interacting?
C&B Blocks behave as normal vanilla blocks when it comes to light. They block skylight when each of the 16*16 columns of bits in the block is blocked (so you can not see the block below it when standing on top of it) and do not block any other light if there is at least one bit missing in the block.
