Whole Block Disappearing when Mining Bits

Neoforge 1.21.1, There are a multitude of bugs impacting my build. From entire sections of bits getting randmly deleted when trying to delete a simple pixel or two, from blocks dissapearing and getting replaced with invisible bits every time I rejoin even after fixing it... from Selections and placements not placing where its supposed to go unless I relog fixing the invisible blocks that also somehow are getting placed more than what I chose to place.
