Impossible to change the Server because of Chisels and Bits.

Hello,

I have a server with a world on it where i am using Chisels and Bits. Now the problem is kind of complicated. I am basically limited to having this world on the server, moving mods in and out of it and meanwhile keeping the same MC Version. Restarting the server is also not a Problem.

The problems Start when i download the world to play it local. The game lasts about 2-5 minutes and then crashes. The same would probably happen when i upgrade the MC Version of the server from 1.18.2 to 1.21.X, which logically means moving the world (Main cause of the problem). This would mean losing the world forever, because moving the world out of a backup causes, again, the same problem.

I know Chisels and Bits is causing the problem because when i removed the mod when playing local, the world works perfectly fine. I was unable to find it out in the log so i am hoping to get help here.

Thank you and greetings

Sorry but I do this in my free time, if you need emergency support our discord is always open and I can more efficiently help you there.

Besides you provided no logs and I can not reproduce this myself, so how do you imagine I figure this out. By sniffing?

My desire to remove everything that has to do with CAB has been increased right now. Always fast with the response when it comes to the truth.

PS: Sorry, i thought GitHub is for support.

It is, but it is also a volunteer project.
I am alone, and I can only do so much at once.

I am currently, since 3 weeks, in the middle of porting C&B to 1.21.10 and that currently consumes nearly all my time I have to spend on this.

If you could provide logs or a better description that would would allow me to reproduce your issue locally i am more then happy to look at it, but without more to go on, I simply can't figure this out either.

Sorry.
