When I chisel the block, after a while and at a random quantity, the block seems to disappear physically but remain just as a texture ghost, making me clicking the block behind if I keep chiselling it.

This happened with almost every block I chiselled

• Do You have Optifine: yes but the presence of it doesn't make any sense if that would be the cause
