Right-clicking bit storage with block doesn't use up block (can spawn infinite bits)

For any bug reports please provide the following details as well,
- MC Version: 1.16.5
- C&B Version: chiselsandbits-1.0.43.jar
- Do You have Optifine: No
It's not a game breaking bug, but when right-clicking a bit storage with a full block, it inserts the block in, but the amount in your hand doesn't decrease, meaning you can just spawn infinite bits of a particular drop with this exploit.
For example, if I have 43 of regular Terracotta blocks in my hand, and none other in my inventory, and right click a bit storage, it'd insert one, but I'll still have 43 in my hand. I then can right click with an empty hand to extract the bits inside the storage, giving me bits of a block I never "used". Hope this helps.
