• MC Version: 1.18.2 Fabric
• C&B Version: ChiselsBits-fabric-1.18.2-1.2.113
• Do You have Optifine: No

This doesn't seem to be limited to Fabric, as I'm having what seems to be the same Problem in 1.18.2 FTB/Forge:
When a chiseled block is facing a Chest or similar "block" that doesn't cover the entire surface, the partially obstructed chisel-block turns transparent.
This renders chiseled blocks practically unusable as floors or walls for me, which is a shame :-(
