Visual issue with chisels and bits

Expected Behavior

Chisel and bits panes/bits appearing as normal

Actual Behavior

A very... Odd visual bug replaces the bits (in this case vertical stonebrick planes although in my experience it occurs with all varients of bit

Reproduction Steps

Install Chlorine (version 1.16.5-0.0.1.3 forge) and Chisels and Bits (version 0.3.4-RELEASE is what I was running)

Place any bits, I first discovered this by placing down a vertical stonebrick plane.

Just a bit of an addon to this, the bug also occurs with the mod Halogen (specifically version 2.9.10)
So the error occurs with forge ports of Sodium, not just Chlorine specifically. I'll create an issue in their tracker
