Issue Description
Hi I was wondering after reading in the chocopedia, that chocobos are supposed to be frightened of players, but it never seems to me that they are actually trying to get away from me. Is that something that might be known or am I just expecting them to run away way more? I basically didn't need the chocobo disguise at all to tame any chocobos so far.

It seems to work for me in 1.21, although they don't run away like, say, Creepers from cats. The player can easily catch up with them without sprinting, which might not be intended. Each chocodisguise piece increases the chance that the chocobo doesn't avoid the player by 25% per piece
Should be fixed by c8c7560 . The goal used to target them wasn't immediately added to the Chocobo after it's spawned. Only when the Chocobo got loaded back in which means they'd only run if you reload the world or cause the chocobos to be reloaded...

Oh cool, so will that also be fixed in the 1.20.1 version or only newer versions?
