[BUG] Legacy loot table referenced

Describe the bug
The loot table for this container [ctov:village/taiga/archer] resolved to empty and loot could not be generated. Check your latest.log for errors.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
- Open chest
- Error message appears

Prominence II modpack
The issue still occures on Version 3.4.3. Just went through a savanna village and over halve of the chests resulted in the error.
I am also running Lootr, maybe it is connected to the issue.
