[BUG] Pathes and Village Gen issues

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

Pathes are going through the village houses occasionall with other abnormalties with generating the pathes and villages coherently. Sometimes haybales will spawn on the path (not really a big deal) and other times other structures will spawn very obscurely in very normal locations like the plains biome.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Download Latest CTOV 3.4.9, Fabric API 0.92.2, Fabric Modloader 0.16.2, and play on 1.20.1 (optional performance mods)
  2. make a new world (particularly creative for this demonstration)
  3. /locate structure plains_village
  4. Look for obscure pathes obstructing through village houses and other abnormalities within the generation

Expected behaviour

Plains pathes will sometimes spawn through village houses, and other structures will spawn obscurely between structures.

Additional context

These aren't like huge issues with generation, but I've only seen these small generational errors for the plains villages as far as I can tell.
