[BUG] Waystones not generating in any CTOV villages.

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
The waystones mod is not generating a waystone at the center of villages that are created with CTOV, even when configured to do so.
It works fine with other structure generation mods I've tried, and vanilla villages.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
Install Minecraft 1.20.1, java, fabric, "[Fabric]CTOV-3-4-9a.jar", "waystones-fabric-1.20-14.1.6.jar" on dedicated server.
Explore the world until you find a CTOV town.
Expected behaviour
A waystone would generate somewhere in the town.

Add-ons used (Before 1.20)
Do you install Lithostitched?(1.20+)
