[BUG] Smithing Tables and Fletching Tables work as crafting tables because of Visual Workbench incompat

Describe the bug
Fletching Tables and Smithing Tables that spawn in CTOV will function as crafting tables. This is because they are implemented as crafting tables in vanilla for some reason. Mods can opt out of having their blocks be changed by Visual Workbench, here is how it was done by the More Smithing Tables mod if it is of any help.

To Reproduce

Install CTOV and Visual Workbench
Go to any village that has a generated fletching/smithing table and open them

Expected behaviour
They should act normally

Minecraft Version
1.21.1 Neoforge - 21.1.106

CTOV Version
3.5.5

Do you install Lithostitched?(1.20+)
Yes

Fail to replicate. Mod already works as expected

Happens on a minimal instance, with only visual workbench, ctov and libraries installed, i missreported it as "go to any village" but it actually happens in the pillager outposts that spawn fletching/smithing tables
Can you reopen?
