Could you make a config to change or disable the little charging thing that your character does with the clock just before the time slow activates?

Sometimes the sound that is supposed to play when you cancel the charge will play even after I've successfully slowed time if the cooldown is low.
Also, the bell sound will randomly play from the clock while I'm just walking around.
Not sure if those bugs are intentional or not, though.
