[Feature] Chunkloaders Not Assigned To A Specific Player

I'm Making A Map And It Needs Lots Of Chunks Loaded, But Due To How The Chunk Loaders Work, If I'm Not On That Copy Of The World, They Won't Load.

Also I Specifically Need This On 1.18.2 Forge.

Why not just use the vanilla /forceload command?
