I'm always frustrated when I can't remember where I put my chunk loaders. Okay that isn't always true, but a GUI to check all your chunk loader's location and their status will be fantastic!

It could be an craftable item like a tablet, right click it in the air to open a GUI, the GUI is a list and has all the info: the chunk loader's location, and their status. Or the players can even remotely control the loaders!(with an upgrade, probably). I also like the idea of #6 , where it gets powered by red-stone, so it will be on and off depending on the chunks.
