Problem
At the moment in version 1.2.x of the chunk loaders mod, it's no possible to have CC: Tweaked turtles place chunkloaders. This feature was taken out, because it would make it possible to bypass the chunk loading limit.

Solution
Add an option to the config to, for example, disable the player limits and enable the possibility to place chunk loaders automatically. In our case we don't need player limits but we do want to place chunk loaders with CC: Tweaked turtles.

It's also important to keep in mind that the chunk loader should be toggled on by default instead of off. As described in issue #68
