[BUG]: Infinite loading when Effective is installed.

Before creating an issue, please make sure you have checked the following:
- This issue does not appear without Chunks Fade In installed.
- All my mods (not only Chunks Fade In) are up-to-date.
- Similar issue had not already been reported before in the issue tracker.
What happened?
The game is stuck forever on the loading bar screen.
Steps to reproduce
On a fresh install within Modrinth on 1.21.1 Fabric.
Install the following mods.
Chunks fade in (v2.0.3-1.21-fabric)
Effective (2.4.8-1.21.1)
The following dependencies will install automatically.
Sodium (mc1.21.1-0.6.9-fabric) [by Chunks fade in]
Fabric API (0.115.1+1.21.1) [by Effective]
Logs
Crash Report
There are no crashes, as the game doesn't actually crash, but hangs.
