Before creating an issue, please make sure you have checked the following:

• This issue does not appear without Chunks Fade In installed.
• All my mods (not only Chunks Fade In) are up-to-date.
• Similar issue had not already been reported before in the issue tracker.

What happened?

Minecraft Version: 1.20.1
Minecraft Server Mod Loader: Fabric

I was flying around testing the mod out in my multiplayer server, and noticed that chunks weren't loading with either effects when returning to prior spots.

I tested it out on a single player world with the exact same world file and it was working perfectly fine.

Going back to my multiplayer server, the effects return after updating my chunk render distance settings, but they'd eventually stop working on chunks seen before and prioritize new chunks with the effects.

Steps to reproduce

Flew to one spot until old chunks are gone, then flew back to initial spot to see old chunks loading in abruptly without effects.

Was happening on multiplayer server world, but not on single player world.
